The EFT Gathering January 2013
The fifth EFT Gathering and we return to the Royal York. Gwyneth Moss EFT Master presents along with two doctors who use EFT, Helen Walker ACEP Trainer, Ruth Ablett, Heather Smiles, Gary Williams, Abi Tearse. Plus two discussion panels, a tap&dance party and lots of networking.

Exploring Consciousness 2012
What happens when we tap? To answer that question we spent a weekend with neuromonitoring experts Donna Bach and Gary Groesbeck and the MindMirror EEG technology. We saw how our brainwaves calm and stabilise when we do EFT. Linda Wood, Jessica Mor, Philip Davies and Gwyneth Moss presented in Ilkley. Audio interviews and articles.

The EFT Gathering January 2012
The fourth EFT Gathering and our first in the historic and beautiful city of York. Our presenters explored the contexts in which we use EFT and we added a new feature of interactive discussion panels. We loved the Royal York and had a fabulous time with friends new and old.

Spiritual Freedom Techniques
March 2009 Rue Hass presented her Spiritual Freedom Techniques workshop: a profound and delightful journey into the self and beyond through guided meditations, deeply moving EFT demonstrations, group tappings, one to one exercises and discussion.
